Modern Reiki, Universal Life Force energy, originates from the ancient and sacred Tibetan healing practices rediscovered by Japanese born Mikao Usui. Learning how to initiate healing during times of dis-ease is paramount to finding calm and wholeness with Self and the World. The energy of Reiki Healing is a peaceful and powerful way to create self-healing.
Reiki I, Shoden, is used to accelerate the energy system of the practitioner. Reiki I encourages the student to begin the process of self investigation and self healing. As a true wholistic method for well being it is compatible with quality medical care and also other alternative healing therapies. While not to be used exclusively as a substitute for medical treatment, Reiki provides a strong, enhancing, progressive alternative to use while under medical care.
This class is a combination of traditional Usui Ryoho Reiki and the more modern Holy Fire, introduced through William Rand and the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). This combination is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.
Because Reiki is a pure form of healing energy it is not dependent on individual talent or previous experience. This one day workshop provides Reiki history versus mythology, the philosophy, hand positions for self-treatment, and chakra and aura information. Workbook & Certification included.

Reiki II

Okoden, Level Two in the Usui Method of Healing

The Second Level Reiki, Okoden, strengthens the flow of energy through the student enabling them with greater Reiki healing energy abilities. This workshop opens the student up to be more intuitive energies. You will be taught the Second Level Reiki symbols, their meanings and uses, learn and practice the ethical implications, affirmations and uses of Absentia, You will also learn methods for working with others and basic diagnostic techniques. Instruction for Master Reiki qualification and requirements will be given. Second Level Workbook & Reiki II Certification included.
Included in this class is a new form of Reiki, Holy Fire, introduced through William Rand and the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. The new transmissions from the Holy Fire Reiki will be replacing the older Usui Reiki attunements.
Requirement: Completion of Reiki I Course, memorization of Reiki I symbol & self-healing technique, all hand positions and your Reiki I, 21-Day Journal (Journal must be emailed 1 week in advance of class please).
