Reiki

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is the ancient and sacred Tibetan healing practice rediscovered in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui.  Reiki, translated as Universal life force energy, energizes the entire physical and ethereal system safely and quickly. It accelerates the body’s ability to heal and may enhance the function of the immune system. Reiki also harmonizes body, mind and spirit; increases creativity and awareness; releases stress, fear and emotions. As a true wholistic method for well being it is compatible with quality medical care or other alternative healing therapies.

Fear, stress and imbalanced negative emotional thoughts or feelings create disruptions in the bio-energetic electrical field within the body and within the aura surrounding the body diminishing the natural flow of life force we need. Reiki rebalances this life force energy and redistributes a healthy bio-electric charge to the body, emotions and the aura.
